Wispyr Privacy Policy
This policy covers information that Wispyr (the "Operator") processes in connection with the Wispyr app (the "App"). Information processed by the Telegram service, such as your account, messages and contacts, is covered by the Telegram Privacy Policy; the Operator has no access to it.
1. Information we process, purposes and retention

The Operator does not collect information for advertising, analytics or tracking, and does not sell personal information. This website sets no cookies; a language you pick in its menu is remembered only in your browser.
2. Information that stays on your device
Messages, media, contacts and other data the App stores on your device are encrypted with a key held in the device’s secure hardware and your passcode. They stay on your device, are never sent to the Operator, and are deleted when you uninstall the App.
3. App permissions
The App asks for permissions such as contacts, camera, microphone, location and notifications only when you use a feature that needs them. Information obtained through them is processed on your device or sent to Telegram’s servers for that feature (for example, sending a photo or making a call). It is not sent to the Operator.

The Operator does not share personal information with third parties except where required by law.
5. Deletion
Information is deleted without delay once its retention period ends. Access logs are removed automatically by the logging system.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or restriction of processing of the information the Operator processes about you by contacting us below. Rights concerning your Telegram account and messages must be exercised with Telegram.
7. Security
The Operator protects information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), minimal server access, and on-device encryption features in the App.
8. Children
The App may be used in accordance with the age requirements of the Telegram Terms of Service. The Operator does not knowingly collect information from children.
